Can I send a picture of what I want?
Absolutely!! Many times we can scan a picture directly into our programs for a metal silhouette. Just send a .jpeg or .bmp attachment in an e-mail and we'll quote you the price.
Can I custom order anything? Can I review the product drawing before it is cut?
Almost all items can be customized to the customers realistic expectations. Keep in mind that any changes to the original item may come at an extra cost, but everything will be quoted up front before the order is processed. In most cases, you will be able to review the customized product drawing. This will be an order by order basis. We will go out of our way to ensure we are giving you exactly what you are looking for.
How are products shipped?
Stone Products are on a pick-up basis only, unless other arrangements have been made. Metal Art Products will be shipped USPS or UPS from Topeka, Kansas. All items will be in a sturdy package with styrofoam, bubble wrap, or newspaper.

There are 3 ways to complete your order:

2) E-Mail Us Your Order
3) Phone Us Directly With Your Order
All payments to be received prior to us sending out the product, (unless other arrangements have been made and are documented in writing).
Money orders, cashiers checks, and cash (pick up only) are accepted. Credit cards are accepted through Paypal only. At this time, an invoice will be e-mailed to you in which then you can pay through Paypal.
How long before I get my order?
In general, once a metal art order has been placed you can expect to have it completed and shipped within two weeks. Add another few days for shipping time, and you should receive your order in three weeks or less, depending on the size of the order. The larger the order, or if you customize, the longer it will take. Stone orders are usually ready for pick up in about three weeks. Be sure you get your orders in early for the Christmas season!!!

We accept money orders, cashiers checks, or in person cash. No personal checks accepted unless authorized by owner first. Credit Cards are accepted through PAYPAL Invoice which will be e-mailed to you.
